You’ve spent 5+ years running offset presses and it shows in your sheets.

Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA experience? Even better.

You’re fluent in substrates and calipers, and you know how they behave on press.

Color standards and print quality aren’t guesses—they’re non‑negotiables.

Job tickets, measurements, production docs: you read them, follow them, and deliver on them.

You’re safety‑minded, detail‑obsessed, and a great teammate.

What you’ll doSet up and operate sheetfed offset presses to meet daily production goals

Execute make‑ready, color matching, and on‑the‑fly adjustments

Audit output continually and correct issues before they become waste

Align with job tickets and schedules to keep work flowing

Perform basic preventive maintenance for maximum uptime

Escalate quality concerns promptly to limit downtime and scrap

Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe Shift & incentives2nd

Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pmSign‑On Bonus: $5,000
