Long Island Select Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care across multiple Suffolk County sites.
You will assist RNs and physicians, monitor patients, administer medications, and document progress to inform treatment plans. You will educate patients and families, help manage daily operations in exam rooms, and participate in care coordination within the PCMH program while traveling between sites as needed.
