What We're Looking ForThe Quality Technician team is responsible for supporting the manufacturing function with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers. This position will assist with inspection and process improvements to sustain and improve product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provides audits and inspections on product quality according to Zebra's quality‑assurance processes.
- Conducts nonconforming materials investigation and may report to Zebra's authorized vendors as appropriate.
- Escalates and/or engages management as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues.
- Ability to understand specific technical requirements, delivering output following broad framework.
- Other research or related activities as deemed as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Education:
High school or equivalent
Job Requirements
- Strong process adherence
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal)
- Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment
- Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Incentive CompensationIn addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
