QC Inspector

• Work in a fast paced team environment with attention to detail in accordance with quality specifications.
• Read and understand schematics, assembly drawings, and written instructions to perform moderately complex inspection of purchased material, in-process, sub-assemblies, or final assembly parts.
• Perform coating inspection as needed.
• Determine product acceptability based on established criteria.
• Accurately document inspection results and document or accelerate non-conformances as needed.
• Adhere to industry and company quality and safety standards.
• Work with quality and production management to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of product inspected.

• J-STD-001, IPC-610 and IPC-620 Certification.
• Experience in defense electronics.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word.
• Microscope experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Access to technology, material, software, or hardware controlled by export laws of the U.S.; eligibility requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.

This position primarily works using a microscope. The ability to operate a microscope for extended periods is essential. The job requires bending, sitting, and standing.
