This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent operating in the New York City Metropolitan Area. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as you assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying informed on market trends and property values. This role entails providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional standards throughout client interactions.

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledge
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with technology tools for real estate transactions
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in the New York City Metropolitan Area market is a plus
