A municipal water agency is seeking a Chemist I for its Laboratory Department in Hauppauge, NY. The successful candidate will perform instrumental analyses of water samples, prepare reagents and standards, and maintain laboratory equipment. Required qualifications include a B.A. or B.S. degree in Chemistry and strong analytical skills. The work week runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary for this position is $60,065.60 annually.
