Bath Warranty Technician
Job Responsibilities:
A Bath Warranty Technician is responsible for carrying out warranty work on bath and shower systems. Document warranty claim issues, report root cause of issues, and create detailed return forms for efficient repairs. Support market production needs to assist in completing active installations as needed.
- Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions and effect repairs
- Manually carry out repairs with the use of hand and power tools
- Manually carry out installations with the use of hand and power tools
- Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs
- Fill out work orders
- Collect payments
- Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance
- Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service
- Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing customer concerns with bath or shower installations
Hands on repair work required, install experience, plumbing experience is a plus
Must follow safety protocols
Lifting and carrying equipment, materials and supplies from service truck to residence or job area up to 105 lbs.
Long periods driving a vehicle
Climbing 6ft ladder
Frequent standing, walking, forward bending, lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching, balancing, driving, grasping, pinching
