The Suffolk County Department of Health Services seeks a Psychiatric Social Worker for the Children’s SPOA unit in Hauppauge. You will review referrals, conduct needs assessments, determine levels of care, and link youth and families to CSPOA and community resources.
You will maintain case records in EHR, participate in multidisciplinary teams, provide crisis intervention, and navigate multiple child-serving systems.
