Delivery Driver

Delivery Drivers at Grön are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. As a delivery driver you not only deliver our products to customers, but also deliver excellence—one of our core values. You will be the primary touch point for many customers monthly, helping to maintain those relationships is essential to our growing brand.

Work days are M‑F for the day shift.

• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers
• Manage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry
• Process payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

• At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels
• Excitement about staying in compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
• Experience handling payments and reconciling invoices
• Integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
• Strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your role
• Ability to adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm
