Warehouse Associate – Join a High‑End Audio Team!

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to help manage and move high‑end audio/video equipment that powers luxury home and commercial installations. WhatYou’ll Be Doing:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of premium A/V equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for installation teams
- Safely load and unload sensitive electronics
- Organize and maintain inventory with accuracy
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Deliver materials to local job sites when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience handling electronics or fragile equipment (plus!)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software, MS Office)
- solid attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or shortages
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Assist with staging equipment for installation teams
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as needed
- Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring safe handling of sensitive audio/video equipment
- Label, tag, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with annual physical inventory
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas, including shelving and staging areas
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Coordinate with purchasing and project management teams regarding stock levels and material availability
- Assist with returns, RMAs, and vendor shipments
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times
