Logistics Team Lead

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Team Lead to join their team. As a Logistics Team Lead, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting daily distribution operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $25

** Shift:
** 11pm - 7:45am (Overnight)

** What's the Job?*
* + Direct and coordinate activities of distribution facilities to ensure smooth operations

+ Establish and implement operational procedures for shipment verification, handling, and inventory management

+ Communicate daily with cross-functional teams including carriers, sales, finance, and production

+ Assign tasks to team members such as verifying incoming merchandise and preparing customer orders

+ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards within the facility

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED equivalent

+ At least 1 year of related experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required

+ Strong communication and team management skills

+ Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing schedules
