This is an Individual Contributor position with the Site Pro 1 in the Telecom division. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking all communication tower components per the packing slip and for general housekeeping of their area.

• Operate forklifts and other production equipment.
• Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds (most frequent lift is 20 pounds).
• Wear required personal protective equipment and work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
• Stand and walk up to 100% of the shift.
• This position reports into the Facility Manager and has no direct reports.

• High school diploma or GED and 6+ months of relevant education or work experience.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
• Experience operating a personal computer.

• At least 1 year of previous experience working in a warehouse facility.
• Ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment with specific deadlines.
• Strong communication and positive teamwork skills.
