Zibiz Corporation is an established and growing technology company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team.

This is not a traditional heavy-duty warehouse position. Our warehouse is a clean, climate-controlled, professional work environment where we handle specialized, lightweight technical products.

There is no routine heavy pallet handling or forklift operation. The position combines hands‑on order fulfillment with inventory management, quality inspection, shipping/receiving and computer‑based ERP processing.

If you are organized, comfortable using computers, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting things right, we would like to hear from you.

• Pick, prepare, pack and process customer orders
• Review products and orders for accuracy before shipment
• Carefully pack specialized technical products
• Prepare outgoing shipments and shipping documentation
• Process pick tickets and shipments in our ERP system
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries

• Receive and inspect incoming products and materials
• Verify quantities, part numbers and documentation
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse and inventory areas clean and organized

• Perform visual and basic quality inspections of incoming and outgoing products
• Verify products against specifications and order requirements
• Identify and report discrepancies or quality concerns
• Assist with basic product testing and quality‑control procedures
  
  Maintain inspection and testing documentation

• Enter and update transactions in the company’s ERP system
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
• Assist with maintaining procedures and work instructions

• Clean, climate-controlled indoor warehouse

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, fulfillment, inventory, quality control or a related position preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and business software
• Experience with ERP, inventory or shipping systems is a plus
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with technical, electronic, fiber optic or other precision products is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

$21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
