Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke.

• Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork
• Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp & mould treatments
• Diagnosing repair issues and delivering high-quality first-time fixes
• Working safely and efficiently in occupied properties while providing excellent customer service
• Accurately recording completed works and updating company systems
• Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota

• NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter
• Experience with in social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred
• Competent across basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
• Experience carrying out damp and mould treatments is advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK Driving Licence
