An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Sussex has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial environment across the Sussex region. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,858, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
Package- A basic salary of up to £33,858
- 24days holiday + Bank Holidays

- Friday 08:00-17:00
Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and plasterboard.
- Changing locks.
- Door hinges.
- Floor repairs.
- Minor repairs to office furniture
- Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
- Kick and push plates.
- Install/ Repair blinds
- Basic Plumbing.
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on-site
- Escort subcontractors
- Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
