The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule execution, safety, quality, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience- Associate's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience supporting federal construction projects
- Healthcare construction experience required
- Experience managing renovations in occupied or active facilities
- Strong understanding of schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery
- Ability to pass the USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course
- ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) - ability to obtain
- Experience managing medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility projects
- Experience with renovation and MEP-intensive construction projects
