We’re looking for a Client Success & Office Coordinator to be the warm, reliable, and detail-oriented presence that keeps our clients coming back year after year. This is not just a “desk job.” You’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients, the organizational engine of the office, and a valued part of a mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create loyal, happy clients – Follow up promptly, anticipate needs, and make every interaction memorable.
  • Own the client experience – Schedule and confirm meetings, send onboarding packages, manage service requests, and keep our CRM organized.
  • Keep operations running smoothly – Open/close the office, handle mail and supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Support events and workshops – Coordinate logistics, communicate with guests, and help create a great experience for attendees.
  • Celebrate our clients – Send personalized cards, track referrals, and recognize milestones.
About You:
  • You genuinely enjoy building relationships and making people feel cared for.
  • You take pride in following processes and paying attention to details.
  • You like a steady routine, but can pivot smoothly when priorities shift.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver who looks for ways to improve things.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in client service, office coordination, or similar role (financial services a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, you never let the small stuff slip.
  • Comfortable with Gmail, Zoom, and CRM systems (Go High Level a plus).
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent client service and administrative experience in a professional setting.
