DEAN Adventure Camps in PA seeks an Assistant Site Director for a full‑time, on‑site summer role June 15–August 21. Work 7:30 am–5:30 pm (leader hours 7:00 am–6:00 pm) at our 200‑acre campus in Haverford, coordinating daily camp operations and site setup to keep activities safe and engaging.
Lead a 40–50 person seasonal team, mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and communicate with families while fostering a culture of compassion, trust, growth and creativity.
