School Year:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Assist students with chronic health conditions, including managing medical devices and performing blood sugar checks.
• Support RNs in health-related procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide direct care to students with complex medical needs.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure health protocols are followed.

• Valid LPN license for Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience supporting students in medical or school settings preferred.
• Ability to perform routine medical tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working under supervision of an RN and following health protocols.
