This company are an extremely stable organisation who offer fantastic job security as well as excellent training and development on the job to improve your skills as an Electrician within the manufacturing industry. Following their recent investment they are looking for an Electrician to join their well-established maintenance team where they can provide on the job training being shadowed by experienced electrical maintenance engineers to ensure you improve your skills.
There will also be opportunities to grow and develop within this business and progress within the organisation if you have ambitions to further develop your career.
- Perform on-site reactive maintenance and general building repairs.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to production during maintenance work.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and participate in accident investigations.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
Knowledge,
Skills & Experience:
Skills & Experience:
- Electrical qualification or experience desirable - need to have 18th Edition wiring regulations as a minimum
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.
- Previous experience working as an Electrician in a domestic environment or experience working an Electrical Engineer / Technician within Engineering.
