• Haverhill, MA

• Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Enter AP invoices into company accounting software
• Weekly AP vendor payment processing and check runs
• Prepare and review all AR-related billing and daily invoicing (30-75 invoices/day)
• Review AR aging weekly and follow up on past due invoices
• Post payments daily toward outstanding receivable invoices and resolve disputed amounts
• Process and reconcile credit card payments daily
• Research and respond to credit card disputes and chargebacks in a timely manner
• Process weekly and monthly expense reports

• Experience in AP or AR required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Nex Trend Cloud Suite Software is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail and follow-up
• Understanding of standard accounting principles

• $26 - 28/ hour – Depending in Experience

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month.
