We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our client’s customer service operations. In this role, you will engage with clients, manage various types of inquiries, and coordinate activities to ensure smooth interactions. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining positive relationships and supporting organizational objectives.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be local and able to work onsite.
Compensation$22.00 per hour*

Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via different channels to provide assistance and information.
- Handle a range of customer-related tasks, including order processing and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Assist with logistics related to returns, exchanges, or service requests.
- Support the team by ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred additional qualifications.
- Experience in customer support or related fields is beneficial.
- Familiarity with common software tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Standard working hours, Monday through Friday.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
