Position Summary

This role is responsible for assembling and testing products according to Engineering drawings and procedures.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
* Ensures a safe work environment and adheres to all safety procedures.
* Active on natural High Performance Team (HPT).
* Comprehends and assembles products according to Engineering drawings and methods.
* Independently tests subassemblies and final products for at least three product lines per ATPs.
* Ensures appropriate product documentation is complete and accurate.
* Monitors quality and accuracy of products manufactured.
* Packages and back flushes finished product.
* Ensures work area meets 5S standards and performs 5S activities daily.
* Uses computer to support required tasks (ie. check stock, review and print drawings/work instructions, and utilize the labeling systems).
* Other duties as assigned and requested by the Value Stream Team Leader

EDUCATION:
* High school diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE:
* 1+ of years of electrical mechanical assembly experience preferred.
SKILLS:
* Mechanical/electrical ability.
* Computer skills.
* Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and procedures.

* Pay Range: $21.37/hr to $29.92/hr
* Participation in Annual Incentive Program
