A global technology company specializing in precision-engineered systems is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help bring next-generation electro-mechanical products to market. This is a high-impact role for someone with a passion for hands-on prototyping, complex assemblies, and thermal systems design.

You’ll work on cutting-edge equipment used in demanding technical environments — taking concepts from lab-scale feasibility through to scalable commercial production. If you’ve worked on HVAC, vacuum systems, refrigeration cycles, or fluid handling equipment, you’ll hit the ground running.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead mechanical design and prototyping for advanced cryogenic assemblies.
• Own full design-for-manufacture (DFM) workflows — including tolerance stack-ups, materials, testing, and documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement solutions using structured methods (FMEA, 8D, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to launch new products to market.
• Guide projects from concept through to production release, including design validation and test plans.
• Present technical findings to internal stakeholders and play a key role in design reviews.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, ideally with cryogenic systems, HVAC, vacuum, or compressor technology.
• Solid background in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Strong CAD skills — Creo or Solid Works required;
  Inventor experience a big plus.
• Comfortable working hands-on in lab environments, iterating prototypes and collecting data.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven by outcomes — you’re someone who takes the assignment and runs with it.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering required; MS or advanced projects related to refrigeration cycles is a big plus.
