Job Overview
At WSFS Bank, Personal Bankers provide products and services to enhance customer relationships, building trust and delivering personalized financial solutions.
Responsibilities- Educate customers on financial needs and recommend appropriate products through in‑person interactions and outbound calling.
- Open new accounts, submit loan applications, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Resolve customer service issues, honor account maintenance requests, and promote the bank’s digital banking services.
- Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- Participate in a 4‑6 month training program covering application usage, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
- Previous cash‑handling and retail sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, enthusiastic customer service approach, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
- Proven ability to market bank products and services.
- One year of previous banking experience preferred.
Full‑time 40‑hour week, flexible rotating schedule with 2‑3 Saturdays per month. Standard hours are Monday‑Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM. Schedule may change to meet business needs.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $37,440 – $52,800 annual base pay. Additional discretionary and formula‑based incentive and retention awards may apply.
