Senior Development Analyst

• Develop detailed capital technology offers leveraging product expertise, business acumen, professional judgment, contracting strategies, and price matrices.
• Drive the capital offer development process, develop implementation strategies, and provide input on risks and implications.
• Develop rigorous, error-proof offers and analysis while identifying patterns, trends, and insights across offers.
• Ensure offer quality and alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Identify improvements within systems, processes, and interactions and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and improve training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with SOX 404 requirements.
• Coach and mentor developing Quoting Analysts.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, and other partners.
• Support regional and national accounts, group purchasing organizations, collaboratives, government entities, ambulatory surgery centers, and community hospitals with capital needs.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Contract Management, Finance, Pricing or another related field required.
• Self-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on competitive dynamics, economic goals, and customer needs.
• Strong desire to meet / exceed expectations.
• High Proficiency in MS Excel with experience extracting significant detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience performing or assisting in complex and comprehensive analytics is required.
• Ability to toggle between big picture and attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with ability to make the complex simple when explaining complex analytical findings to non-analytical business partners.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders is required.
• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users is required.
• Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Concentration in Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
• Experience with special project ownership and management within offer development is preferred.
• Experience in customer price benchmarking is preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in Capital Offer Development, Contract Management, and Financial Analysis, with a strong focus on strategic implementation and stakeholder collaboration. Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and capable of translating complex findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
