Bridgewell - Up to $21.83/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist people with activities of daily living throughout day/evening/overnight hours;
Develop independence by providing skills training and opportunities;
Administer medications according to MAP regulations;
Maintain daily progress notes, shift checklists, and required documentation;
Transport and accompany people to medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program
