The role involves executing warehouse operations focusing on service, cost, health & safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal compliance, and policy adherence. The candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Key responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interface monitoring, track & trace, claims and invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tender support, third‑party performance management, and pallet management.
HowYou Will Contribute
- Review and analyze stock inaccuracies; guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system, analyze capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures.
- Work with service providers to ensure delivery of trading partners in terms of punctuality, completeness, quality and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor inbound, outbound, co‑packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf‑life monitoring and management, support reduction of write‑offs and continuously seek opportunities to improve productivity.
- Conduct project‑related and ad‑hoc tasks, especially for continuous improvement projects, tenders and peak management.
- Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Team player.
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function (asset).
- Analytical thinking.
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.
- This is a union environment; union experience is a plus.
- Previous experience with people management.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Travel RequirementsLess than 5%.
Work Schedule12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (until shift end).
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range is $69,300 to $95,315, depending on experience, skills, education and location. Eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance. The company offers relocation support within the country and minimal support for voluntary international moves.
