Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $40.00/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Paid after 8 hours (not applicable during training)

We are a world‑class manufacturer of precision‑machined aerospace components seeking a skilled CNC Mill‑Turn / Lathe Machinist to join our 2nd shift team in Haverhill, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist with a strong background in high‑precision CNC turning and mill‑turn operations, working with advanced aerospace materials and tight tolerances.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill‑turn and lathe equipment to produce complex components that meet strict engineering and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mill‑turn and lathe machines safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions
- Produce precision aerospace components to close tolerances and surface finish requirements
- Perform calculations and use precision measuring and inspection equipment to verify quality
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug machining processes and methods
- Monitor and maintain oil and coolant levels on a daily basis
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform all duties with a strong focus on productivity, accuracy, and quality
- High School Diploma or Vocational School education with hands‑on machining training
- 4–5+ years of CNC machining experience (5 years preferred)
- Hands‑on experience with CNC mill‑turn and/or CNC lathe machines
- Experience machining titanium, stainless steel, and high‑temperature alloys
- Ability to work within tight tolerances, including ±0.00015
- Strong understanding of surface finishes and inspection methods
- Proficiency with indicating and precision measurement tools
- Working knowledge of metric‑to‑imperial conversions (preferred)
- Team‑oriented attitude with strong reliability and attention to detail
- Must have U.S. permanent residency or legally allowed to work in the U.S. without restriction
