3M - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, material handling systems, safety devices, and facility utilities according to procedures and schedules;
Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and align mechanical components including bearings, bushings, gearboxes, transmissions, motors, couplings, clutches, brakes, drive systems, and conveyor belts;
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, cylinders, pumps, motors, and distribution components;
Diagnose and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and related automation equipment;
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components including contractors, relays, motor starters, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers, solenoids, switches, transducers, power supplies, and AC/DC motors
