Position: Media Specialist I

Position Summary

Operates machinery and performs all other required functions to produce filter elements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures a safe work environment and adheres to all safety procedures.
  • Reads and comprehends procedures and methods and populates required information on required paper work.
  • Monitors quality and accuracy of products manufactured.
  • Performs 5S activities daily.
  • Active on natural HPT.
  • Performs all operations required to produce filter elements. Including, but not limited to:
    • Create mixes (Finite only)
    • Cut scrim (if applicable)
    • Form filters
    • Saturate elements (Finite only)
    • Operate ovens and freezer (Finite only)
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operating preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and understand a drawing and work orders, basic math, basic reading comprehension.
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $20.35/hr to $27.35/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
