Position Summary
This role is responsible for assembling and testing products according to Engineering drawings and procedures.
Responsibilities- Ensures a safe work environment and adheres to all safety procedures.
- Active on natural High Performance Team (HPT).
- Comprehends and assembles products according to Engineering drawings and methods.
- Independently tests subassemblies and final products for at least three product lines per ATPs.
- Ensures appropriate product documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitors quality and accuracy of products manufactured.
- Packages and back flushes finished product.
- Ensures work area meets 5S standards and performs 5S activities daily.
- Uses computer to support required tasks (ie. check stock, review and print drawings/work instructions, and utilize the labeling systems).
- Other duties as assigned and requested by the Value Stream Team Leader.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 1+ of years of electrical mechanical assembly experience preferred.
Skills:
- Mechanical/electrical ability.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and procedures.
- Pay Range: $21.37/hr to $29.92/hr
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
