Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $20-$22/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
What You'll Do- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet quality and production goals
- Set up equipment according to job specifications and production requirements
- Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Follow work orders, production schedules, and job instructions
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventative maintenance
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
