Have Fun and Make a Difference as a Volunteer
Volunteering at WHAV—radio, 24/7 Live Stream and eNewspaper—on-air or behind the scenes is fun, rewarding and helps the community, but also offers a variety of satisfying benefits. Volunteers gain VIP admittance to station events, enjoy an inside track on community happenings, build on life experiences or learn new skills, transition to a new career and more.
Depending on areas of interest, skills or experience, volunteering is a great way to become involved in the community; work with, and assist station staff; and build community—all as your schedule permits. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:
