Full‑time: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (PRN opportunities available)

$30 – $45 per hour

Pay in lieu of benefits: $5

Shift Differential:
Up to $2

Same Day Pay!

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow the care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as outlined in the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per requested orders.

• Current, unencumbered, active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
• Valid Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification.
