About This Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Cardiac Diagnostic Nurse (RN) to join their cardiology team. This role involves performing and assisting with cardiac stress testing to support nuclear cardiology examinations.

Part-Time, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Perform and assist with cardiac stress testing, including exercise treadmill tests (ETTs) and pharmacologic stress testing.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate diagnostic outcomes during procedures.
- Respond effectively to cardiac emergencies.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation and recognition of ischemic changes.
- Educate patients about procedures and care plans.
- Assist patients during exercise testing and respond quickly during emergencies.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program required.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in cardiac, telemetry, or critical care nursing preferred. Prior experience with exercise treadmill testing (ETT), nuclear stress testing, or non‑invasive cardiology strongly preferred.
Licenses &
Certifications:
Current RN licensure in MA, will require NH license within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Advanced ECG interpretation skills required. Cardiac Stress Testing Certification preferred, if applicable.
