LPN Post Acute LTC - Days

Provides nursing care services consistent with responsibilities of LPN.

Observe and report symptoms and conditions of residents. Administer medications as prescribed by physician. Give treatments as ordered. Count narcotics and maintain record of same. Maintain records reflecting resident condition, medication, treatments and progress. Transcribe physician written and telephone orders. Place drug orders. Assist with completion of nursing history and assessment, MDS, and care plans. Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff.

Perform direct resident care as needed.
