• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders for residents in a long-term care setting
• Monitor vital signs, assess residents, document changes, and report deviations promptly
• Provide direct nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and update individualized care plans
• Maintain resident safety, infection control, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance; respond to urgent issues per policy

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• LPN diploma or associate degree in Practical Nursing
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment

• Weekly pay range: $1,754–$1,815 per week
