Telemetry RN: Cardiac Post-Op Care

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Telemetry RN to monitor and interpret cardiac post-procedure patients in Massachusetts. You will manage heparin drips, TR bands, and bedside testing, with CPAP/BiPAP monitoring and occasional patient assignments by the Charge RN.

This position is part of a Riverspan flexible workforce in partnership with UK King's Daughters; onboarding and payroll are handled by Ingenovis Health while daily operations are integrated with the partner staff.
