• Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
• Operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sorting and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils for efficient use during service.
• Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with club policies.
• Adhering to health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations.
• Collaborating with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Following instructions from supervisors and taking on additional tasks as required.
