Estimator​/PM

Paint Pros MA is seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and painting. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Estimator to meet with homeowners and business owners, assess project needs, and provide accurate estimates. This role is a mix of in-person estimates and outbound sales, requiring strong communication skills, an understanding of painting and drywall services, and the ability to close deals.

• Conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
• Assess project scope
  , measurements, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
• Close deals on-site whenever possible and follow up on pending proposals via phone, text, and email.
• Manage a daily schedule of appointments and efficiently plan travel routes.
• Perform outbound sales and follow-ups during off-time to convert leads into appointments.
• Educate customers on our services, warranty options, and what makes Paint Bros MA the best choice

• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, tracking all estimates, customer interactions, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales or estimating
  , preferably in painting, drywall, or a related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).
• Ability to work full-time
  , including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and closing skills – ability to build trust and guide customers to a decision.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy
  , comfortable using CRM systems and digital estimating tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic – driven to hit and exceed sales targets.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)
