The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing equipment sales and rental opportunities within the assigned geographic region.

Business Development- Identify and pursue early-stage construction opportunities within the territory
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with contractors, engineers, and decision-makers
- Generate qualified inquiries and leads to grow the territory sales pipeline
- Prepare and present detailed equipment proposals and quotations
- Review construction documents and bid specifications to identify project needs
- Recommend appropriate equipment solutions tailored to each project’s requirements
- Collaborate with operations, parts, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Conduct regular site visits to active construction projects
- Organize and deliver presentations at customer offices
- Network with key stakeholders and gather market intelligence
- Monitor competitive activity within the territory
- Coordinate with national sales team on multi-region accounts
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
- Support company growth initiatives and sales campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of foundation, shoring, and pile driving equipment is preferred
- Ability to interpret construction plans, bid specifications, and technical documents
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned geographic region
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years of sales and customer development experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, industrial distribution, service operations, or similar industries.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours, to include nights and weekends, may be required to meet the demands and needs of the business.

This position works in a machine shop/yard environment. The employee is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes.
This employee is subject to extreme heat and may experience temperatures of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit for more than one hour during peak summer months.
