Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to perform repairs and improvement projects throughout a portfolio of condominium communities.

This role focuses on exterior carpentry and community-wide projects. No apartment turns or work inside residential units.

Responsibilities:

• Deck repairs and rebuilds
• Structural repairs
• Fence repairs and installation
• Roof and fascia repairs
• Leak investigations and repairs
• Exterior carpentry projects
• General property repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Carpentry or construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Truck or van to transport tools and materials
• Tools
• Experience with decks, fencing, framing, and structural repairs
• Ability to work independently and travel between properties
• Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
