** Pay Rate:** $26.00 per hour

* Schedule:
** 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
** Position Objective*
* Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will handle equipment and facility installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance for site infrastructure and utilities. You'll be integral to supporting efficient operations while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
** Essential Functions*
* + Perform installations and repairs on equipment and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, chillers, and associated systems.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues alongside coworkers from various departments.
+ Respond to emergency repair needs and complete preventative maintenance as required by company procedures and regulatory standards.
+ Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools.
+ Monitor and assess daily facility and manufacturing equipment, identifying and recommending solutions for inefficiencies.
+ Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or services.
+ Assist in creating and maintaining critical documentation such as blueprints, plans, and permits.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Education & Requirements*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
+ Advanced industrial mechanic skills and broad technical knowledge.
+
Experience with industrial electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, air compressors, HVAC, chillers, painting, carpentry, and small-scale construction.
+ Familiarity with 5-S principles.
+ Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
+ Willingness to work overtime, off shifts, and respond to call-ins when needed.
