Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Haverhill, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at a community with 200 units of family housing. You will also support properties in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH as needed. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.

The work hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

• Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required.
• Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
