Full‑time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay‑on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

• Robust Support System:
  We provide supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance—because investing in our clinicians is investing in quality care.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user‑friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

• Have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Will have an Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts is a plus.
• Require excellent time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Ability to provide in‑office services at one of our five Massachusetts office locations:
  North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Summer Fun Fridays:
  Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

• Full‑time Salary: $60,000 – $70,000.
• Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity.

• $45 / hour for MA Level.
• $50–$55 / hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity.
• $55–$60 / hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience.
• $65–$70 / hour for independent license.

• 50% in‑person over a 3‑month span will earn $750.
• 75% in‑person over a 3‑month span will earn $1,000.
• 90% and above in‑person over a 3‑month span will earn $1,250.
