Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!

Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period. Highly competitive rates and incentives available for Outpatient services provided on-site at one of our five beautiful locations across the state of Massachusetts.

All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full‑time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee‑for‑service positions. Our full‑time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

• Have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts is a plus.
• Require excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Ability to provide in‑office services at one of our five Massachusetts office locations:
  North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or computer, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high‑speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

• Summer Fun Fridays:

Full Time Salary: $60,000 - $70,000. Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity.

• $45/hour for MA Level.
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity.
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience.
• $65-$70/hour for independent license.

• 50% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750.
• 75% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1,000.
• 90% and above in person over a 3‑month span earns $1,250.
