Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers (PCs), is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what’s special about each local marketplace.

Peabody Sales & Service is one of those trade names and is looking for an Operation Specialist at their Haverhill, MA location.

Pay for an Operation Specialist is between $17 and $28 at this location.

.

• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety; remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co‑workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.

• Responsible for inspecting and triaging e‑commerce customer return material per SOP processes.
• Accurately process credits in the ERP system and returns tracking system.
• Track inventory and spare parts; request replacement parts from applicable vendors.
• Assist co‑workers in processing RMAs and RGAs.
• Analyze and dispute fraudulent return material.
• Strong sense of urgency and team‑oriented mentality.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Operate the computer‑related systems used for warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems, Epicor Eclipse ERP a bonus.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Perform basic arithmetic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
