Material Handler

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a  
** Material Handler
** to work at a premier manufacturing client in  
** Ward Hill, MA** .

** Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour*
* ** Shift: 1st  Monday
- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm*
* ** What's a typical day as Material Handler? You'll be:*
* + Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and processing items for storage or shipment according to procedures and customer requirements

+ Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and quantity, and reviewing accompanying documentation such as packing lists

+ Working in various temperature-controlled environments including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings

+ Safely operating distribution equipment and powered industrial trucks as required

+ Communicating and collaborating with internal personnel to maintain high-quality standards and prevent schedule delays

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Bring 1-2 years of related experience; logistics experience in life sciences is a plus

+ Are able to follow policies and procedures independently and accurately

+ Possess basic computer skills for navigating ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software

+ Can operate powered industrial trucks at various heights (training provided)

+ Are comfortable performing repetitive work, walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures

+ Demonstrate strong attendance and readiness to start work on time
