Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

All shifts available:

* 7:00am-3:00pm FT

* 3:00pm-11:00pm FT, PT

* 11:00pm-7:00am PT

Responsibilities:

* Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

* Administer medications and treatments as ordered

* Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

* New LPNs welcome - training and orientation provided
